Sleep Science Conference: Psychological and Cognitive Impact
October 15–16, 2025 | University of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The Scientific Committee of the Sleep Science Conference: Psychological and Cognitive Impact invites researchers, practitioners, and academics to submit their scientific abstracts that align with the conference themes.
Conference Themes:
- Cognitive consequences of sleep disorders and deprivation
- Psychological effects of disrupted sleep and circadian rhythm disturbances
- Neuropsychological assessments in sleep medicine
- Sleep’s role in learning and memory
- CBT-I and related psychological interventions
- Sleep and mental health across the lifespan
- Technological innovations in sleep and cognition
- Cultural/environmental influences on sleep and cognition
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted in English
- Word limit: 300 words
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12
- Scope: The abstract should clearly reflect the theme of the conference, focusing on sleep-related psychological or cognitive dimensions. Structure: Title, Authors & Affiliation, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- No tables or figures allowed

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Publication Opportunity:
All accepted abstracts will be presented during the conference. After the event, authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email invitation to submit a full paper for possible publication in a special issue of Sleep and Vigilance (Springer), subject to peer review.
